Overview
Delighted Favors specializes in custom treat design items. Our products include customized paper designs used to wrap food items such as chip bags, Rice Krispie treats, Starburst, chocolate, cotton candy, juice pouches, and similar items. Due to the personalized and custom nature of our products, all sales are final.
All orders must be paid in full before production begins.
Refunds
Because our items are custom-made, returns are not accepted and refunds will not be issued unless:
There is a significant error made on our end, or The product is received damaged or defective
Our refund and return policy lasts 2 days from the date you receive your order. If 2 days have passed, and you decide you do not like the product, we unfortunately cannot offer a refund or exchange.
Sale items
Only regular priced items may be refunded. Sale items cannot be refunded.
Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged.
